The Minnesota Beef Expo provides a unique opportunity for cattlemen and cattlewomen to come together and exchange ideas. Past years have brought gentlemen like Dr. Cliff Lamb, Dr. Alfredo DiCostanzo, Dr. Dee Griffin and Dr. William Schmutz to the Expo to demonstrate emerging reproductive bio-technologies, emerging issues in beef quality assurance, mineral and trace mineral feeding or provide information on the feed basics of cow nutrition.
This year’s seminar:
EXTREME Make-Over: Beef Expo Style! Sponsored by the MN Soybean Research & Promotion Council. Team work and enhancing show ring performance of groomed cattle is the goal of this fun and interactive event at the 2008 MN Beef Expo.
